otorcycle Show: Show gate opens to entrants promptly at 6:00 AM Saturday.  Pre-registration entry fee is $20 per bike; At the Gate Entry fee $25 per bike.  All entries include one general admission. Entries must be in place by 8:00 AM. Judging begins at 9:00 AM sharp! Classes: Antique American 1900-1929; Vintage American 1930-1955; Classic American 1956-1984; Antique British & European 1900-1929; Vintage British & European 1930-1955; Classic British & European 1956-1984; Classic Italian to 1984; Classic Japanese to 1984 399cc & under; Classic Japanese to 1984 400 cc & over; On-Road Competition to 1984; Off-Road Competition to 1984 399 cc & under; Off-Road Competition to 1984 400 cc & over; Custom Vintage & Bobbers to 1984; Powered Bikes & Scooters to 1984. Original Unrestored to 1984; Custom Motorcycles Post 1984.  Awards presentation will be held at 3:00 PM. Œ

 wap Meet:  Space sizes are 15’ X 20’. Pre-registered space fees are $60; Non-registered are $75 at the gate. Pre-registration is encouraged, as space is limited. The deadline is October 5^th. Forms received after this date will be charged the additional $15 per space. Non-registered vendors will be assigned spaces on a first come-first serve basis. There will be two lines at the entrance, one for pre-registered, the other for non-registered. Pre-registered will be parked first.  Check-in is Friday, October 15th 1:00 - 8:00 PM and Saturday, October 16^th 6:30 to 8:30 AM. All vendors must be set up by 9:30 AM on Saturday.  Vending hours are Saturday from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Vendors must  remain in their spaces until 5:00 PM. Space fees include 2 worker passes per space with a maximum of 6 passes for multiple spaces. All workers must enter through vendor gate with vehicle at time of check in.   Additional worker passes will be at the Clear Channel event price at check-in. Fairgrounds parking fees will pertain to all extra vehicles arriving with vendor.  RV hookups are available at the fairgrounds for $22/night (first come first serve-no reservations).  No overnight camping permitted in vendor spaces. No alcoholic beverages, pets or open fires permitted on fairgrounds. Vendors are responsible to clean up and remove their own trash and safeguard their own property. The swap meet is limited to motorcycle related items only.  No objectionable material please. ALL FEES ARE NONREFUNDABLE.Œ      

otorcycle Sales Corral:  An exclusive area will be designated for the sale of running/complete motorcycles. Corral fee is $25 per bike and includes one general admission.  Please register & place motorcycles prior to 8:00 AM on Saturday.  Pre-registration is suggested, but not required. Œ

 GENERAL ADMISSION:   Concours d' Elegance & Vintage Parts Exchange is on Saturday, October 16th, only, from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.  Please note that Bator International is not involved in general admission at this event.  Therefore, for ticket information & admission prices, please contact Clear Channel at (817) 332-4822 or Dal Con at (714) 694-2800.

The Del Mar Fairgrounds is located 20 miles North of downtown San Diego, at 2260 Jimmy Durante Blvd. in the city of Del Mar, California.

From coastal San Diego, take Interstate 5 North to the Via De La Valle turn-off. Take Via De La Valle West to Jimmy Durante Blvd.   

From inland San Diego, take interstate 15 to 78 West. From 78 take interstate 5 South to the Via De La Valle turn-off. Take Via De La Valle West to Jimmy Durante Blvd.

From the east county, take Interstate 8 West to 805 North to Interstate 5 North. Exit at the Via De La Valle turn-off. Take Via De La Valle West to Jimmy Durante Blvd.
